A delicious cake ready in just a few minutes, made with pear and chocolate.

the chocolate and pears melt wonderfully in the mouth, a “made in heaven” mixture, as do pear and almond for that matter.
A little seasonal wonder, Fondant is a delicious marriage of chocolate and the last fruity and juicy pears from the garden.

Ingredients

– 200 g of Dessert Chocolate
– 4 pears
– 4 eggs
– 250g of flour
– 195 g + 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar
– 150 + 35 g of butter
– 3 tbsp. tablespoon of milk
– 1 vanilla pod
– 1/2 sachet of yeast
