Preheat the oven Th. 6 (180°C).
Generously butter a springform pan.
Sprinkle the bottom of the mold with powdered sugar.
Peel and cut the pears into slices. Arrange the pears at the bottom of the mold.
In a glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla pod seeds until the mixture turns white.
Add the flour and the yeast. Mix.
Pour in the milk and mix again.
