- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup vodka – chilled
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip – thawed
- Whipped cream for garnish
- 1/2 cup Smuckers salted caramel topping or regular caramel topping
- Sea salt – coarse or flaked
