Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Make the dough:
Peel and grate the potatoes.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add the grated potatoes, wheat flour, yoghurt and baking powder. Mix well to combine.
Season the dough with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
Add the vegetables:
Stir in the finely chopped onion and bell pepper.
Assemble the dish:
Pour the potato mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese to taste.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are cooked through.
Serve:
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares or slices.
