Instructions:
For the crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let it cool while preparing the filling.
For the cheesecake layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth using an electric mixer.
Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined and creamy.
