To reheat tortillas, you may either place them in a dry pan or the microwave for a few seconds. Toss the shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges together in a bowl and set aside. Fill each tortilla with the Spicy Steak Fajita mixture.
