- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni cut into smaller pieces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
