
This is a great recipe for the Crockpot and one that my family still compliments on. I know I have overdone them in the past with certain dishes that I have tried hard to change, but this recipe is not for the pile of overdone dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds red potatoes – quartered
6 (3/4 inch) boneless pork chops (or bone-in, if available)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons butter – cubed
