
Ingredients:
2 grated raw carrots
5 eggs
4 tablespoons coconut oil (or other)
1/2 cup demerara sugar (or other)
2 cups oats
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Liquidize the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar, beat well until it becomes a juice-like liquid, add the oats little by little and liquidize until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous dough, and finally the baking powder!!! Bake in a greased tin in a preheated 210 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes!!!
