Ingredients
For the Kofta:
1 cup red lentils (soaked for 30 minutes)
1 onion (150g, grated)
1 potato (300g, grated)
A dash of olive oil
70g grated carrots
20g garlic, minced
10g coriander and parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the White Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (120g)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (120g)
5g grated garlic
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
For the Hot Sauce:
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp chili flakes
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt, to taste
