Dough: mix the butter with the flour, sugar, eggs, lemon zest and salt. Shape into a loaf and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Assemble the tart by filling it with jam, apples and amaretti.
Brush the surface with milk.
Bake at 180° for 45-50 minutes.
