Instructions:

2. Prepare the Potatoes:
Wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Cut them in half (or quarters, if they’re larger).
If using larger potatoes, you can cut them into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they’re roughly uniform in size for even cooking.
3. Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano (or Italian seasoning), salt, and black pepper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
