The ingredients to prepare an excellent oven cleaning solution are very few, but very important:

• Half organic lemon;
• Half a cube of brewer’s yeast;
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar;
• 1 tablespoon of baking soda.

Lemon is excellent for sanitizing and restoring the clean smell to the oven, while brewer’s yeast is essential for removing all embedded fat. White wine vinegar cleans deeply and baking soda acts as a gentle exfoliant to remove even the most stubborn dirt.

How to have a clean and scented oven: eliminate grease and bad odors

Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl and add half a cube of brewer’s yeast. Stir until the two ingredients are well mixed.
