Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 medium eggplants, sliced
- 1 cup béchamel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
My whole family loves this meatloaf, meatloaf with a surprise!
