1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook your seafood according to instructions on package. Give them a listen and book.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, simmer for a few minutes.
4. Sprinkle with flour and stir to form a blush. Pour the milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
5. Add thick cream, salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken.
6. Add seafood to the sauce and mix gently.
7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle some grated cheese.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
9. Top with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
