Apricot Jam
3 1/2 cups of Apricots pitted and finely chopped. (I rinsed, pitted and threw in the food processor)
5 3/4 cups of sugar (adjust amount to your preference and/or substitute with equal amounts of something like Truvia that measures cup for cup like sugar)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon of butter to keep down foam(optional)
1 packet of certo liquid pectin

My grandmother used to prepare this remedy for me whenever I wasn’t feeling well. Even now, I proactively make this blend and store it for later use.
