BANANA LEMON LOAF | June 8, 2024

Components:

Loaf 2–3 ripe, mashed bananas
Two cups of all-purpose flour
two tsp powdered baking
Half a teaspoon of salt

1/3 cup of sugar, granulated
Two big eggs
one-half cup of vegetable oil
half a cup of milk
One lemon’s juice, two teaspoons
icing
One lemon’s two cups of confectioners’ sugar juice
One tablespoon of room-temperature unsalted butter
