- Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Step 2 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
