• 1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract
• 1 Tsp.Of baking powder
• 1/2 Tsp.Of baking soda
• 1/4 Tsp.Of salt
• 1 Cup.Of sour cream

FOR THE APPLE PIE FILLING:

• 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
• 1/4 Cup.Of brown sugar
• 1 Tsp.Of ground cinnamon
• 1/4 Tsp.Of ground nutmeg
• 1 Tbsp.Of lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp.Of all-purpose flour

FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING:

• 1/2 Cup.Of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar
• 1/4 Cup.Of brown sugar
• 1/2 Tsp.Of ground cinnamon
• 1/4 Cup.Of unsalted butter, cold and diced
