*ingredients
°A quarter cup of uncooked basmati rice
°5 cups of water
°Half a cup of butter
°3 pounds sweet onion, coarsely chopped
°1 cup of cream and half of cream
°1 teaspoon of salt
°2 c Swiss cheese, divided
