When the cookies are totally cooled, it’s time to layer on this cookie’s signature ingredient: marshmallow creme.
Spread a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff onto half of the cookies. Top with the remaining cookies. Once assembled, chill the cookies in the freezer until the filling is set—about an hour.
