Simple Lamb Shanks Recipe
Ingredients:
β 1 pack of Masterfoods Garlic and Herb base
β 1 onion ?
β 1/2 cup water
β 1 carrot ?
β 3/4 cup beef stock
Recipe:
6 overripe tomatoes (diced)
1 onion (diced)
3 cloves of fresh garlic crushed
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs brown sugar (optional)
2 tbs tomato paste
2 fresh basil leaves
Dash of dried oregano
Cooking on low for 8 hours
Absolutely delicious, if youβre not fan of sweetness you can use less or no sugar.
