– 1 15-oz can.Of corn kernels, drained.
– 1 15-oz can.Of diced tomatoes (with juice).
– 1 Tsp.Of chili powder.
– 1 Tsp.Of cumin.
– Salt and pepper to taste.
FOR THE LAYERS:
– 12 small corn tortillas.
– 2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican cheese blend).
– 1 Cup.Of sour cream.
– 1 Cup.Of sliced black olives (optional, for garnish).
– Fresh cilantro leaves (optional, for garnish)
