Bake the potato segments in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crusty. To ensure even heating, flip the segments midway through the baking period.
5th Step
During the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of your divided baked potatoes to add extra richness. This will permit the cheese to soften and turn golden and foamy.
6th Step
Remove the roasted potatoes from the oven. For a burst of color and freshness, garnish with freshly minced parsley or scallions. Serve promptly as a side dish, aperitif, or refreshment.
