3 cups of salted peanuts.
Two cups of peanut butter chips.
Two cups of mini marshmallows.
One can of sweetened condensed milk.
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Instructions:
Step 1
To begin a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and peanut butter chips together over medium heat until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Melt butter and peanut butter chips. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and marshmallows. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
After that, grease a 9×13-inch rectangular baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Sprinkle half of the peanuts evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Step 4
Evenly pour the mixture from Step 2 over the layer of peanuts in the baking dish. Afterward, sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top of the mixture.
Step 5
Finally, after assembling the layers in the baking dish, refrigerate the mixture until it sets, and once firm, cut the candy into serving bars and enjoy!
