Use your hands or tongs to toss everything together, ensuring the chicken and veggies are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the chicken and veggies out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
