Ingredients:
– 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 packet of taco seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sour cream

Instructions:
1. Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
