– 1 1/4 cups white sugar
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 4 large eggs
For the cranberry jam layer:
– 2 cups fresh cranberries
– 1/2 cup white sugar
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– Zest of 1 orange
