Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oreo Crust
- Crush the Oreos: Blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or crush them in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine with butter: In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
- Press into pan: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place in the fridge to set while preparing the filling.
