1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Cut broccoli into small florets.
- Mince the garlic.
2. Cook the Pasta and Broccoli
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
- Add 400 g of pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- Add broccoli florets to the pot during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
