- Stir in melted butter and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and continue mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 4: Chill the Cheesecake
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set properly.
