Instructions:
Make the biscuit mix:
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with 120g of crushed peanuts in a large bowl.
Make the cocoa mix:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder and milk.
Bring the mixture to the boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar and cocoa.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the butter and a pinch of vanillin, stirring until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Let the cocoa mixture cool to room temperature.
Shape into balls:
I love to make large quantities of this and use it all summer long.
I could totally have this on my plate daily.
