Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (preferably lean)
1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional, for added heat)
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 large egg, beaten
