1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
