Choosing Containers: Choose containers with sufficient depth and drainage for your plant’s roots. A container of at least 5 gallons is ideal for healthy growth.
Tillage: Use well-draining potting soil and organic matter. Chili peppers prefer slightly acidic soil. Add fertilizer to enrich the growing medium.
Sowing Seeds: Plant seeds according to package directions. For optimal growth, place the planters in a sunny location.
Watering: Keep the soil moist during flowering and fruiting, and avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Water thoroughly when the top layer of soil is dry.
