Lay one flour tortilla flat on a cutting board or clean surface.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the Tortilla:
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, keeping the filling inside.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.
Slice the Pinwheels:
Once all the tortillas are rolled, slice each into 1-inch wide pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.
I love to make large quantities of this and use it all summer long.
