– 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes
– 1 small red onion, sliced
– Lemon slices for roasting
– 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sauce)
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for sauce)
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (for sauce)
– 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for sauce)
– Salt and pepper to taste (for sauce)
