1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. This will ensure everything cooks evenly and doesn’t stick!
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to slice all the way through. This is where all the cheesy goodness will go! Stuff each pocket generously with the cream cheese and turkey bacon mixture. If the chicken wants to be rebellious, use toothpicks to seal them up.
