Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Rolls:
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
Layer the Ingredients:
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls if using. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls. If desired, add sliced banana peppers or roasted red peppers for extra flavor. Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Make the Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, making sure they are well coated.
Bake:
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into individual sliders. Serve warm. Enjoy!
