4. Stuff the Biscuits:
Place a generous tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the dough together to seal the cheese inside. Roll it into a ball, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed.
5. Coat the Cheese Bombs:
Dip each cheese-stuffed biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating it thoroughly. Place the coated biscuit balls into the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit balls are golden brown and cooked through. The cheese inside should be melted, and the garlic butter will have infused the biscuits with a delicious flavor.
7. Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, remove the garlic cheese bombs from the oven. Brush them with any remaining garlic butter mixture for extra flavor.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and serve warm.
