– Small and young zucchini: 3 pieces
– Salt and ground black pepper: to taste
– Eggs: 2-3
– Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
– Flour: 1/2 cup (type 00 or all-purpose flour)
– Breadcrumbs: 3-4 tbsp
– Smoked paprika
– Garlic: 2-3 cloves
– Fresh dill
– Cold boiled water: 2 tbsp
– Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
