1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate each biscuit into two layers. Spread each layer with horseradish sauce.
3. Top half of the biscuit layers with a slice of provolone cheese and roast beef. Top the meat and cheese with the remaining biscuit layers and pinch the edges to seal.
4. Place the assembled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
5. While the biscuits are baking, prepare the Au Jus Gravy mix according to the package directions.
6. Serve the French Dip Biscuits warm, with the prepared Au Jus Gravy for dipping.
