Put water and butter over medium heat and boil until butter melts.
Add salt and flour, mix with a spoon until dough forms.
Add vanilla extract to batter, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with a hand mixer.
Transfer batter to piping bag and pipe 12 circles onto parchment paper.
Cook each donut in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
