Ingredients:
500g ground lamb or chicken (or your choice of meat)
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp shawarma spice mix (or use a mix of cumin, paprika, coriander, and turmeric)
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp allspice powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large crêpes (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
1 cup tomatoes, diced
½ cup tahini sauce or garlic yogurt sauce for drizzling
Lemon wedges (optional)
