๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:
๐ŸŠ 3 tins of mandarins in syrup (approx. 300 g each)
๐Ÿฅ› 200 ml whipping cream 30%
๐Ÿง€ 200 g mascarpone cheese
๐Ÿฅ„ 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
๐Ÿฌ 100 g marshmallows (small coloured ones)
๐ŸŒฟ A few mint leaves for decoration
๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ Directions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Preparation of mandarins:
Pour the syrup from the mandarins and pat them dry on kitchen paper. Keep a few pieces for decoration.
2๏ธโƒฃ Preparation of the cream:
Whip the cold whipping cream in a bowl until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and icing sugar and mix gently until smooth.
3๏ธโƒฃ Combine ingredients:
Gently stir the mandarins into the cream.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl or individual cups.
