Directions:

Make it Creamy: Gradually pour in milk and heavy cream, whisking until smooth. Add onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and blanched broccoli. Pour the cheese sauce over and mix well.
Assemble the Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs for a crispy topping.
Bake to Perfection: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
