3 cups Powdered Sugar

For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (or more, to taste)
