8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Crumbled Layers:
1 angel food cake or pound cake, cubed
OR 1 package (10-12 ounces) vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies, crumbled
OR 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
