Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. The top should be golden brown.
6. Cool and Cut:
Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before using the parchment overhang to lift them out.
Cut into squares and serve.
