Her journey includes overcoming substance abuse, as she entered a rehabilitation program in 2018. Now, she radiates happiness and contentment as she soaks up the sun and enjoys moments of relaxation with Heisser.
During their outing, Locklear was captured without makeup and not wearing an engagement ring. Despite this, the couple’s affection for one another was evident, with onlookers noting that they seemed like an old married couple, comfortable and relaxed in each other’s presence.
